How to activate Event-Based production scenario for co-products?

We would like to understand which scenarios are supported for co-products in Event-Based Production Accounting.

Hi SAP Community,


Currently, there are two kinds of co-products with different distribution methods for Event-Based:

• Non-fixed-price co-products: Distributed using the apportionment method, in which the apportionment is the equivalence or percentage rule maintained on order header.

• Fixed-price co-products: Distributed using the net-realizable-value method, in which a fixed amount is determined by multiplying the material price by quantities on BOM.
