How the user can be notified with mail when the flexible workflow is triggered

Hallo Sapians,

In the Flexible Workflow process, the Approver or Recipient get notification in My Inbox.

If i also want the Approver to be notified with Email. What are the steps to be followed.

Please provide detailed steps to send an email for Approver in sap cloud system.

Hi Venu,

You have to use the app 'Maintain Email Template'.
