How route is determined in STO (UB type)

Dear Experts,

We have created STO with UB type
i configured route with below combination but in po route is not getting determined.
Departure country in shipping point : IN
Transportation zone shipping point : : AP
Shipping condition : 30
transportation group :00005
Destination country in ship to party : IN
Transportation one in ship to party : CALCUTTA

below is the entry in TROLZ table but this route is not getting determined.
IN+AP+0005+IN+30+CALCUTTA = route T00050

Hello sindhu.kumar,

Please check in customer data of receiving plant, the transportation zone is maintained or not. If not then maintain and check your scenario.

If still problem persist then share related screenshots.

we observed that departure zone is considered from supplying plant instead of shipping point
is it standard behaviour in sto ?
