How many user use Single SAP B1 License at same time SAP Business One

Dear all,

How many user use Single SAP ID at same time SAP Business One?  How can we set sap license so multiple user can use single SAP ID.

SAP ID means , User which has assigned SAP B1 license to use SAP B1

Hi Nikunj,

It depends on the version of SAP Business One. With versions older than 9, two users could use the client at the same time with the same ID. With newer versions SAP has made it more difficult. Now two clients can only be open on the same computer.

SAP does not offer a license that allows multiple users to use the same ID on different computers.

Your have two options:

1. Buy licenses for all users, who use the client.
2. Build your own client that uses the service layer to interact with SAP Business One

In SAP Business One a single ID cannot cannot be used by multiple User at same time. SAP License is based on named user and every user must have their own licenses
