hello, we are preparing a POC S / 4 our provider tells us that it takes more than a month to upgrade from ECC6 to S / 4 can you confirm ? why is it so long? Thank you for your answers

One month just for the technical migration before readiness Check and fonctionnel migration
just to have a client un S/4 Hana confirguration and use Solman . Is it normal ?
For the POC our provider estimed at 200 days
