How is possible edit the standard Financial statement Version in S4H Cloud 1902

Dear Community,
I need to edit the standard financial statement version in S4H cloud creating a new items. The sscui id is: 102669  Define Financial Statement Versions

When I try to click on 'Create Items', the system doesn't create any thinks.

Please, provide me the solution.

I have a different problem because I don't see Create items but my configuration step is only in view mode.

I see the configuration step but it's only in view mode. No modify is possible but in the SSCUI file it's a global configuration step without expert configuration request needed.

with the last release, the possibility to manage the financial statement version is on the configure your solution. Please, see the SSCUI 102669 Define Financial Statement Versions.

But is impossible to edit the standard one.

I ask you, if it is a standard behaviour.
