How do you handle local tax administration?

Hello,

I need some advise on how to administer local taxes other than manually.  We have stores in IN and OH where employees move from one store with a local tax to another store with a different local.  We currently have to administer those type of moves manually and it is not an easy task to keep up with.

Is there an automated way to do this?  Can the system help us automatically change the local based on the store number?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
