How do you add header text to RFQ Form

SAP experts please help,

I am trying to add RFQ header texts to the output form. I have seen the question below which is helpful and I have added this BADI MM_PUR_S4_RFQ_MODIFY_PRINT_HDR however when I download the form template I cannot see the the new field. I suspect I am missing a step, possibly adding code to the custom logic.

Can anyone help?

Added Procure tag, please remove tag SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.

Hello @davidbailey1789 

Header and item texts are not included in the RFQ form by default. Hence kindly make use of extensibility options as you mentioned for HDR.

If the fields are not present you might have to add them and enable their usage for the form.
