How do i use a reverse counter in aperformance based maintenance plan?

Hello,

can i use a reverse counter in a performance based maintenance plan?

Can i realize it without using user Exit "IMRC0001" ? How do i have to configure the the measuring Points für the maintenacne plan? (Do i have to create more than one Measurment Points?)

Hi Jens, Can you please let me know the business scenario, where you need the backwards counter used in the maintenance plan, as I am looking some solid business case ?

Hi Jens,

Backward counters is not allowed in maintenance plan.

What you can do is you will have 2 counters; one is backward and the other one is forward. Then you are going to create measurement reading transfer between these 2. As you create backward documents for the 1st, system automatically creates forward documents for the 2nd. Then you are going to create a maintenance plan for the 2nd.

Go to 2nd counter and maintain below screenshot:
