How do I obtain the oOrders.Lines.VisualOrder property after adding a new order line DI API

I am adding a new order line ( AR Sales order - Item type)  and updating it using DI API.

I need to obtain the newly added line ( Lines.VisualOrder ) as soon as I have added.

I would prefer to do this without having to do a SQL query.  Any tips are appreciated.
