How do I create a new number range for document type

Hello- Within the app "Define Document Number Ranges" (SSCUI ID 101702), I am not seeing an option to create a new number range, I can edit an existing number range but cannot copy into new or create new one. Anyone has experience with this?

Would you please provide the screen shot? As far as I checked in our internal test system and seems it's possible to add a new number range. Would you please check?
