The answer you point to is about the same message MLCCS 009, but about different context. It's about LMLCCS_UPDATEF02 LCL_TOOL and LMLCCS_UPDATEF02 LCL_DB, whereas the question is about LMLCCS_UPDATEF49 LCL_BUSINESS_TRANS.
