How can we check change logs in S4 public cloud?

In R3 the report was called RSSCD200

In S4 maybe the CDS View C_ChangeDocuments could be helpfull but this is not released.

The report RSSCD200 in R/3 is available as the app Show Change Documents in S/4HANA Cloud

Hey Enda, thanks. But I opened the link you send and this applies to private cloud. We are looking for a way to check the logs in the public cloud.

Hi Kiara, in addition - 1) suggest looking at the Change Log Apps for specific master data objects for example "Change Log - Cost Centers" 2) In a manage master data app such as "Manage Product Master Data" you have settings in the intial search for the item to display the last changed user/time on the item.
