Hi,

All emplyees' IT2001 for one of absent subtype has been replaced with another absent subtype and that have effected the whole payroll for the month.

How can IT2001 be reinstate to previous state when IT2001 get changed mistakenly of all emps.

Please Help out in this matter.

How can we remove this replacement with the original absent subtype when we are not sure for each employee which subtype has been replaced with a specific absent subtype.

It means Replaced Leave Subtype is unknown and with which it is replaced is known.

Now, need to correct that Info Type 2001 for all employees, so that the Payroll can be matched with the Simulation that generated earlier to this change.

How, can I retrieve History of IT2001 and then how can I replace the effected Subtype?

Take a look at the infotype change log report, 'Logged Changes in Infotype Data'. Hopefully, you are logging infotype 2001.
