I want to check Project Profiles Config in Public Cloud, from Previous blogs I have read on this topic, tells me that, Project Profile cannot be configured but I think, I should still be able to display the existing Profiles.
In S/4HANA Cloud, Public Edition, the project profiles are pre delivered and they cannot be created by the customers. Your understanding is correct, you would not be able to create the project profiles but you would be able to see the already delivered profiles in the Project Control - Enterprise Projects App which you would be using to create Enterprise projects as shown in the attached screenshot.
