Can I add a quick action on the home page that redirects the user directly to the "Careers" page?
In Manage home page, Quick Actions, you'd create a new one (I guess with everyone as target group) and I'd go for the URL option with something like URL/sf/careers, i.e. https://performancemanager5.successfactors.eu//sf/careers as also indicated in the deeplink guide: List of SAP SuccessFactors Deep Links | SAP Help Portal
