Historical stock movements

Is a report available where I see historical stock movements of a material incoming and out going ?

And preferable on the out side to which sales order number it went ?

Use MB51 T-code or MSEG table or MATDOC table(in S4) to visualize the material documents and sort it by the posting date. This will give the historical movement of stock. But, you need to keep an account on the movement types which defines whether the stock is coming in or going out.
