Hidden Fields in SAP PM Notification

Hi experts,
We Hide 2 fields in PM notification and the "/" between them is still existed.
I want to hide the sign as well.

Additionally, I have hidden some fields and now I want to change the layout and move the field in the picture beside the priority.

I would be thankful if someone could help me to solve these issues.
