Hers material type not present in the system

Hi guru, the hers material is not present in the starter system, does some scope item need to be activated to be present? If so, which one?

I've check two different S/4HANA installations. HERS material type is there:

However as per note 2804477 - Create or Edit of Products with product type "Manufacturer Part (HERS)" is not supported i... it is not visible in the "Manage Product master" Fiori application. MM01 / MM02 need to be used instead.

thanks for the reply, the system I'm using is s4 hana public, also missing where to parameterize Mfr Part Profile
