Help file not working using F1 key

Hello

Please following issue:

1. When using help setting as shared folder..

I am not able to see content of help file via using F1 key, all modules are coming on left side but detail content on right side is not coming then I have cross check that file also in help folder which is fine even able to read all content.

2. When using help setting Local..

Not able to download help file and getting error  "you are not authorized to download file to shared folder " even working as administrator.
