Hello EXPERTS, to create a PM feature, in which FIORI application can I do it?

I need to create characteristics to use in measurement points, I know how to do it with transaction CT04 but in SAP FIORI I don't know the APP

Necesito crear características para utilizar en puntos de medición, se como hacerlo en con la transaccion CT04 pero en sap FIORI desconozco la APP

You can use app Manage Characteristics, please refer to Fiori library below.
