Header Text is flowing to GR Document from Service entry sheet

- Header text and header note maintained in service entry sheet are not flowing to the material document and accounting document
- The material document is visible in the Post Goods Movement App.

Hi,

In SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, the Header Note and Header Text fields in a Service Entry Sheet serve only as informational fields:

• Header Note – internal use, visible within your organization.

• Header Text – external use, can appear on supplier-related forms.

By design, these texts do not flow to follow-on documents such as the Material Document or Accounting Document.
Each document type has its own text objects and there is no standard text transfer between them.
