Header level total net price does not change

Hi all,

I want to know why the net price at condition level (header) remains the same even after a line item is deleted. po-error.png

A line item has been deleted therefore the total net price should be 35,425.50 EUR. Instead, the net price still appear as 70,851.00 EUR.

70,851.00 EUR is the total of both line items, so why does it stay the same when one line item is deleted?

I'm also including a screenshot of both line items deleted: po-error-both-line-items-deleted.png but still the header net price shows the value of 01 line item.

I also received this error when trying to change the PO: po-release-strategy-error.png. I don't know if this has any effect on the header net price.

I have clicked on the 'Check' button, but the header value does not get updated.

Hi all,

Sorry, I found out the answer to this question. I wasn't able to check due to missing authorization in the PO but the user had used movement type 122 to return stocks to vendor after posting the GR so the PO status still showed that a quantity has been delivered, thus the condition net price at header level remained unchanged.

Not sure how your system working or you are sharing correct screen!

Just save PO after selecting deletion flag to that line item -10.

Now share screen of ME23N for your PO with following tabs

1. PO status - in header

2. PO conditions - in header

3. Each items conditions - in item level

After delete item, don't forget to press 'check' button for update net price on header.
