Hi,
I have configured a header condition for scheduling agreement but no matter what setting i try it does not reflect in the transaction side. In S4HC the pricing schema is very limited thus i think the setting should be around here. I created custom configs by copying the existing standard calculation schema and condition types. Can you please advise on which setting i am missing. I would really appreciate any idea in here.
Hi, Thanks for the question! Checking the error involves multiple steps in different sections of the configuration, please see below : Check Master Data: In SAP S/4HANA Cloud, go to the home screen and open the 'Manage Your Solution' APP. Navigate to 'Configure Your Solution'. You can then apply filters to find general settings related to your master data and condition records. Check Scheduling Agreement: Go to the App 'Manage Scheduling Agreements'. Choose any scheduling agreement and click on the 'Display/Change' button to open it. Ensure all the necessary details have been provided there and everything is according to the specific requirements. Check Condition Type: In the S/4HANA Cloud, open the app ‘Manage Your Solution’. Go to ‘Configure Your Solution’. Under ‘Application area’, select ‘Material Management’ -> 'Purchasing'. Here, check 'Define Condition Types', 'Define Schema Determination', 'Define Access Sequence', and ensure all the required settings are correctly maintained here. Check Condition Record: In S/4HANA Cloud, open the app ‘Manage Condition Records- Purchasing’. In the search criteria, input the necessary items such as purchasing organization, supplier, etc., and click on ‘Go’. The list of condition records will be displayed. Locate the relevant record and make sure the condition type matches the one in the scheduling agreement.
