Header Attachment in Manage Change Record (PLM-CR)

Dear Experts,

I need you support regarding following problem :

In change record, the attachement tab isn't available at header level, but available only at item level.

Could you please explain if it's related to customzing or S4 hana version ?

We hava S4/HANA 2021 on premise.

In fact, wa are using a specific change record type customized based on SAP configuration guide.

I've just found the solution.

Attachement tab and others could be add using Adapt UI.

Select Adapt UI in top right menu ==> Right click on tabs ==> Select section.
