Haven’t received digital badge (UID already set up)

Yesterday I had successfully passed the certification for SAP Certified Associate- SAP S/4 HANA Cloud Private Edition,Management Accounting and yet haven’t received the email from the digital badge and it also hasn’t appeared on my certification list.

I had setup my universal ID and previously passed another exam with different topic and the digital badge was immediately sent to my email

And I already raise the ticket about this issue with the reference number 5000164860 and no response yet

Hi,

this sounds more like a bug and has nothing to do with the SAP Community and it definitely has nothing to do with the ERP Q&A section.

My proposal is to wait for the answer in the incident. No one else will be able to help you here. This is more about general questions.

The same thing happened to me. I passed my SAP certification exam on August 23 and still have not received my badge.
