Handling Units picking

Dear Experts,

We manage handling units in our WM warehouses in S/4Hana Cloud. We manage these handling units in different WM warehouses within our company.

We have the following scenario:

We have to transfer these handling units from one WM warehouse to another WM warehouse. When we perform the picking process of an outbound delivery, we have all our products packed in some handling unit (within a handling unit there are different materials).

Our requirement is to be able to pick these handling units without losing the handling unit and to pick the entire contents of the handling unit (the items of the outbound delivery have the exact contents of the handling unit).

After investigation, I have not been able to pick the entire contents of this handling unit and have it moved to my other WM storage (I have successfully transferred this handling unit from one WM storage location to another, but not by saving the entire contents).

Is it possible to do this in S4/hana Cloud?

Hello,

It is not possible to keep the Handling Unit after removing the stock from the HU.

You can check the packaging material definaction at SSCUI 103665, the "Delete" checkbox is set as default and it is not editable.

You can raise expert configration to do the customizing.
