Group Share Values in ACDOCU (Activity based Consolidation)

Hi Experts,

We are updating ownership % through flat file and while executing the calculate group share % (following activity based consolidation approach), it is perfectly updating the log for direct share and group share % as mentioned below:

On top of above data, we want to create a report in GDA for group share %. But while checking the ACDOCU table, we are not getting any statistical FS items where this data is getting stored.

Can someone help on how to trace the group share % data in ACDOCU table while following activity based consolidation approach.

Hello Karan Kothari,

Please make sure, you executed the calculation of group share task in update mode. Once the task is executed you can see the results in the below stat accounts. I hope you are using your investment account to upload the direct share %.

Yes Saida. We are executing task in update mode and using the investment account to update ownership percentage.

We are able to generate group / direct share details in statistical account in another client (version 2021) but facing this issue in one client (version 2020) with same upload file.

Seems like a bug, raise it to SAP. They might provide the fix for your issue.

Yes Saida. We had raised an OSS and SAP confirmed the lag in standard BDC parameter associated to relevant statistical accounts. They are looking into to resolve from their end.
