Group Reporting - Upload on Accounting master data (profit center) is ending with error

Hello Experts,

We are working on Integrated On premise 2020 and have Profit centers in accounting master data under " Import master data for consolidation field" Fiori App. While uploading Flex upload in accounting profit center we are getting the error as 'Profit Center is not valid'.

I believe we should be able to upload data on Accounting PCs. Have anyone see this issue before and what could be the possible reason.

Hello Himanshru,

Your understanding is correct. No need to create profit centers in GR. GR leverages the profit centers avaiable in S/4HANA. Make sure you have the controlling area field in your flat file otherwise you will get an error message.

If possible share the error screenshots.
