Hi Experts,
The Release Universal Journal task works for periods after the live release date, but not for periods before. The TOs to PRD were passed in August 2023, from this month onwards the Release works as configured (sends the documents that are in the ACDOCA table to the ACDOCU table).
Actually, I cannot release Universal Journal from period 001.2023 to 007.2023. I can release data from 008.2023 and over. (Although we are not sure if there is a relationship between the live release date and this.)
The warning describe is: “No data was released for versión V99”
I checked follow settings:
1. I've checked the global parameters and ensured that the period is open.
2. I've assigned the data transfer method Transfer from Universal Journal to your consolidation unit in the Define Consolidation Units app.
3. I’ve checked versión V99 for Source Ledger was 0L and 0L for Preparation Ledger.
4. I’ve checked Fiscal Year Variant K4 in Version V99.
5. I've assigned financial statement (FS) item mappings.
6. I've already checked the FS Items mapping with G/L accounts and ensured there are not unmapped accounts
7. I’ve checked the group assignments and we have 001.2023 as the period of the first consolidation.
8. I also ran the reset status task in the Data Monitor
9. I ran “Consistency check of accounting integration” and all is ok.
Can You help me, please?
