gross weight scale VK11

Dear all, 

I need to set up a price scale based on gross weight in VK11. Imagine that we need to set the shipping fees for sending product by DHL so:

1 KG --> 20 EUR

1,5 KG --> 22 EUR

2 KG --> 24 EUR

And so on.

I'd appreciate any idea or solution. Because I tried but it doesn't work.
