Green field vs Brown field approach with Margin analysis COPA

Hello community,

Could you clarify whether the transformation approach from ECC to SAP HANA with no other significant changes or improvements, but includes changing from costing-based COPA to Margin Analysis 
is still considered a brownfield approach or greenfield?

My understanding is that a brownfield approach involves migrating the existing setup to HANA as part of an technical upgrade. Does this brownfield approach also cover new COPA margin analysis, and how will the existing data and configuration be migrated into margin analysis under this approach?

Dear, Costing based COPA is still supported in S/4HANA OP or private version.  2609491 - Profitability analysis in S/4HANA 

There is no migration tool to migrate costing based COPA to account based(Margin Analysis) in S/4HANA.
