GR - Statistical FS items deliver in the content 1SG is missing

Dear Support,

After activating the content 1SG, we identified that FS items deliver in this content are missing.

As an example, here a FS item that is missing "$000000SHG - group shares"

We cannot found  task 2101 – ABCOI Consolidation of investments. 

In the documentation, we have find this information that can be relevant for us :

"Statistical FS items are created automatically by task DIGITS – ABCOI Consolidation of investments. You should run this task in a test mode the very first time you use group reporting with activity-based consolidation of investments"

As we don't use activity-based consolidation of investments, how I can generate these FS items missing?

Do we need to create these elements manually?

Also, in our system, we are not able to see the task DIGITS – ABCOI Consolidation of investments.

Could you please help us?

--Solution--

You are new customer and cannot use Activity-based COI anymore in Cloud system.

You can use only Rule based COI for now.

FS item "$000000SHG - group shares" is only used on ABCOI and you don't need to worry about this missing.

You can get such FS item "$000000SHG - group shares " by running task 2141 in Consolidation monitor.

Below the reference from the documentation Calculate Group Shares | SAP Help Portal For Rule-Based C/I Scenario , If the FS item S00001 is used in the percentage selection, you must manually maintain the share percentage on FS item S00001 on posting level 30. If the statistical items $000000SHD (Direct Shares) or $000000SHG (Group Shares) are used in the percentage selection, you have to run the Calculate Group Shares task as a prerequisite for processing rule-based C/I
