GR profit center hierarchy

I have created GR only profit centers manually in GR. But when I tried to create hierarchy using 'manage global hierarchy' none of manually created profit centers are available or not showing up to add to hierarchy.

What could be reason. What I am missing.Appreciate inputs

FI/CO and GR are sharing the same profit center master data. Only the hierarchy type is different. (Profit Center Hierarchy vs Consolidation Profit Center Hierarchy )

If you're sure the hierarchy type is 'Consolidation Profit Center' (i.e., Group Reporting) and not 'Profit Center' (GL), then I'd probably open a customer message.
