Got error "Property SelectedLanguagePacks 'en' must include the system locale." CR 2020

Also, have SAP B1 version 10 Fb2111

and when I try to install Crystal Report 2020 I get the following Error :

Property Selected Language Packs 'in' must include the system locale

and I make the update for my Windows but it still Error Appear

Can anyone Help me to solve this Error and install Crystal Report

Note :

i try to instal CR2016 and same Error Appear

Hi kamal_reda_2007,

Check SAP KBA 3276889 for this error.

Language selection is empty or error Property SelectedLanguagePacks " must include the system locale appears in designer installation

• Make sure you have administrator authorization to run the exe file.
• Check if you any version of crystal report is installed or not. If yes, remove all of them and try to install it again.
