Goods Receipt of material with serial number creates the Technical Obj ( Equip) automatically ,why ?

When using the app POST GOODS MOVEMENT, a  material is posted with 501 movement type and a Material document posted but it creates an Equipment viewable 
in Find Technical Object app

Why and how to prevent ?

The customizing 'Serial Number With/Without Equipment Requirement' in the Configuration activity Define Serial Number Profiles 103636 determines if an Equipment Master is created for a Serialization Procedures

The 2 possible values are :

01 Proposal: w/o equipment
02 always with equipment

When you create a serial number always one equipment is created. The setting '01' in serial number profile indicates that this will not be a 'full equipment' so is not visible through normal apps . However a EQUI record is created and a equipment number is generated
