Hi,
It is possible to do a good receipt without the inbound delivery in a storage location activated with WM. Is that possible in SAP ECC?
The case scenario is, with a purchase order do a good receipt and with that create the transport orders to storage the "storage unit/handling unit"
PO -> GR(MIGO) -> TO (SU/HU)
Regards and thanks!

Hello juan_quintero_27
Yes, that is perfectly possible. Inbound delivery is not necessary for goods receipt to WM managed storage location. It's useful though.

Hi Dominik,
When you do that good receipt, it can be done a packing of material to generate SU/HU? You know if this process could be done from RF(radiofrequency) standard transactions? if yes, what standard transaction LM** i could use that you know of?
Thanks!
Hi juan_quintero_27
First you can not say "SU/HU" as storage units (SU) and handling units (HU) are completely different objects. If you need HU, then inbound delivery is obligatory as HUs are created as packing data in inbound deliveries during goods receipt.
However if you need SUs only, then you can post GR without an inbound delivery and build SUs during stock placement in WM.
Cheers
