GL Account assignment to movement types

Hi All,

Can any one tell me the T Code in SPRO where i have to assign G/L Account to movement types.

Scenario is GL assignment to Movement Type 561.

Hi,

Go to OBYC double click on GBB-Offsetting entry for inventory posting.enter the Valuation grouping and account modifier as BSA for initial entry of stock balances.assign require valuation class and G/L account to it.

Hi,

There is no such Tcode for assigning the G/L account to movement type. We only maintaine the account grouping table for various movement type, tcode is: OMWN.

Whenever, you use movement type, it means you are using Business Transaction Key. For movement type 561, TE Key GBB and PRD will hit as per SAP Standard. So along with movement type and these TE key we have to maintaine account modifier in OMWN.
