GI104:Activity is not supported

Hi SAP,

While i am reversing SA document through FB08 i am getting error as below.

Activity is not supported

Message no. GI104

Diagnosis

An undefined activity has been transferred in a document to direct posting.

This might be a program error of the original application.

Procedure

Please check which activity the transaction has to set and if it is defined in the activity table T022

I have been checked as many areas but not found any solution. and in my case some of the document is coming error like this and not for all the documents.

What Could be the reason for this error??

May be the table BKPF blank field GLVOR (may something was wrong when the SAP post FI doc).

If the document is originated from SD then use VF11(Normally document type:RV)

If the document is originated from MM then use MR8M(Normally document type:RE)

This document id not from SD or MM, Directly JV passed in Finance.

Hi,

This happens if the original document is not posted in FI directly and originated automatically from any other module.

Go to the original FI document in FB03, from menu Environment-Document Environment-Original Document take the details of original document. Then, reverse the document in the respective module (MM,SD,TV,etc.). The FI document gets reversed automatically.
