Getting an Technical information message for every transaction in SAP.

Hello Experts,

Whenever I click on Environment or system or extras or any tab in SAP screen(At the top of the screen) I am getting an technical Information message.

Suppose if i click on extras and the moment when i down my mouse cursor it is giving me the pop message that is i have already attached here.

Please check and let me know if any particular settings needs to be change.
