Getting an error "UI API Server is unavailable; the installation process will not start"

HI,

When i logged in to sap applications i am getting an error  "UI API Server is unavailable; the installation process will not start". i have done reinstallations of sap b1 cliente agent but didn't help to resolve the error.

Please suggest

I am getting this error with sap b1 client not on browser access. Also i changed the identity tab. But the result were same.
