Get trail mail for audit log of BOM in S4HC?

We need audit trails for the internal audit team. And one of the requirement is change log for BOM's.
Kindly let us know how this dump can be accessed?

*Note - Change versions for BOM are not maintained

Please refer to the KBA  https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/notes/3091633 and section :

The app 'Display Change Documents' ( App Id CA_SHOW_CD ) allows the viewing of the change documents from CDHDR/CDPOS

If you run it with Change Document Object : STUE it will show you the change documents for BOM's
