Hi Community,

To get XML data for a business document, you can follow steps:

1. Navigate to the output items in the corresponding app.
2. Select an output item with status In Preparation and switch to edit mode.
3. Set channel to PRINT.
4. Choose Output Details, set #&&DOWNLOAD_FORM_DATA_XML&&# as Print Queue Name, and save your changes.
5. Choose the PDF icon to trigger the preview.
6. The system will show the form data XML instead of a PDF.
7. Save the XML via your browser (download button).
8. Revert the data of the output item back to the original values for Channel and/or Print Queue Name.

I have related questions about XML files for the forms as below, please could you answer them.

1. I followed the KBA you have attached and still unable to download XML file of the PO form. Please could you let me know what is missing.

Below is the error message I get when click PDF preview icon.

2. This question is related to our customer's requirement. Customer want to see Payment Terms in PO form. I understand we can download SAP predelivered forms from Maintain Form Templates app, but the forms here can be downloaded in .XDP format. Is there a way to download it as XML (or is there another tool to download predelivered form as XML file) and confirm predelivered objects for Payment Terms in MM_PUR_PURCHASE_ORDER?
