Get Characteristic Values assigned to the line item of Sales Order item and Production order

Dear Expert,

I need to get Variants characteristics to custom field , but S/4 HANA Public cloud not support with "Manage characteristics as custom fields in Fiori apps" and I done setting with 399 class type also but that custom CDS unable to use for Developer Extensibility. please let me know if you have done similar case with success results.

The Documentation Manage Characteristics as Custom Fields

states that PRODUCTION_ORDER_CFE is available for Production Orders but nothing for Sales Orders .

This would be a feature request as outlined in the KBA 2963059

Thanks for the insights, actually I have checked the option I S/4 HANA public cloud with steps, but unbale to access " Manage Characteristics as Custom Fields apps in S/4 HANA public version, business catalog SAP_CORE_BC_EXT_VCH has not assigned under Administrator, if any way to activate or is this app still not release for Public cloud edition?
