Hello- we are currently working on quick apply. One of the issues we are having is when you initially apply as a US candidate, you are required to answer the knockout questions and self-identify EEO/Disability/Veteran questions.
When they move onto late-stage application, the only field that doesn’t auto-populate over with their selection is Gender. What we learned form our support partner is since this field is not a SF standard field ‘Male’ or ‘Female’, and it is custom, it will not populate over. They confirmed they have other customers who have this behavior as well and a KBA confirmed this as well for us.
If you use Quick Apply, what is the behavior on your end when candidate is in late stage (if you are using a custom field)? Is it requiring Gender to be answered? We are hoping to have fewer manual entries for the candidate and wanted to see if there's a workaround without having to change from customer to standard field.
Thanks.
