There are a few states where the garnishment fee is not sent to the same vendor as the garnishment deduction. In NV, the fee is sent to an address in California. Is there a way to automatically deduct the $2 fee and send it to another vendor without creating another garnishment? There is nothing under 'Service Charges' in the IMG the shows me this can be done.
