G/L number in S_PL0_86000030

Hi,

i am using S_PL0_86000030 - T code for trail balance. how i can get the G/L number in this report. it just showing the description of the G/L account.

How can i get the G/L code in this report

Hi ,

Kindly execute the report , place the cursor on account name colum . Go to settings - ( in header ) in that select charecteristics display - select Lead column .

In the screen that would open select account number Format KEY and move it to the left box .

Now you can view the GL account number along with GL account description.

Hi,

i have one more doubt, how can i update the profit center field in Account receivables and accounts payables, when ever i am entering any voucher there is a field business are. there is no option for profit center. how can i update profit center field.

@Dewang i run the report and go to Settings> however i can only see Layout and Columns i cant see Characteristics Display

You can as well use F.01 by selecting List output as ALV Grid Control for trial balance.

Hi,

This is standared functionality system not provide GL code in the same screen,

from this report you will get Line Item details & Account Balances

From this two additional reports you will get GL A/C
