We have a custom table which is related to China data that is accounting document output China table, we have written a substitution rule for the functional area on the basis of G/L Account and Cost Centre. I have used a BADI with a business context accounting block substitution in custom logic app.
Can you please suggest how can we make the functional area to populated on the basic of G/L account and cost center in the manage journal entries application.
Hello jeremy, Thanks for your response. i have written the code for in the accounting block substitution badi to populate the functional area fields in the gl line-item application but the field is not appearing in the gl line item application, with the code I have written, i am able to get the field value in the badi output itself.
