function module for Document flow

Hi All,

I need to know function module for Document flow.

The purpose is: I am creating report for return order and it is required to track original invoice number and sales order number for Return order and credit memo.

I know two function modules:

RV_DOCUMENT_FLOW_UPDATE_U

DISPLAY_DOCUMENT_FLOW_ALV

But I am not sure which one to use.

Please suggest me which function module to use for Return order report.

Hi,

Table VBFA (Doc Flow table) has got both subsequent and preceding document.For developing a report for SD documents this table will suffice as per your requirement mentioned above.
