Internal error: message not formatted for meta-type FORM (PDF/SAPScripts) Message no. FTR_TCORF_MSG315

How to overcome this message? Thank you in advance.

I managed to find all problems related to error FTR_TCORF_MSG315 through debug.

Function group "SAPLTCOR_SERVICE":

• Function module "TCOR_SERVICE_PREVIEW_MESSAGE" - it works if your press Preview message button in correspondence.

1. Class CL_TCORF_FACADE->_SET_ACTIVE_CONFIG Usually you can find problems here.

• Function module "TCOR_SERVICE_VIEW_MESSAGE" - it works if your press View message button in correspondence.

I am having the same issue, but with PDF confirmations. Any suggestions there? Also, where do you modify the standard PDFs? I have looked in standard SAP correspondence, but it doesn't seem to be there.

Thank you for you answer.

We have configured Correspondence for Treasury Application. We have 2 channels: Email and File. Email is working fine: message is sent with PDF, you can View PDF for Email channel with tr. FTR_COMONI.

The problem is channel FILE. When we try to Preview message with FTR_COMONI - we recieve the FTR_TCORF_MSG315 message.

I am not sure of what process you are trying to execute or for which product type. If you could throw in specific details of what process you are trying to complete or execute, it will help. Also have a look at OSS Note 1896269 and check if the implementation of the same can solve your issue.
